WOW, what a beautiful place! This completely renovated villa is slightly hidden at some distance from the road. Hendriks Hoveniers was asked to help design the garden and outdoor space. For the entrance, we have created a stylish access gate with a separate pedestrian gate. The wrought-iron entrance gate was fully automated by Hendriks Omheining and powder coated in the same RAL colour as the house; a particularly stylish look.
The tranquil entrance with plenty of gravel respects the architecture of the house. The landing with Belgian bluestone steps and old baked bricks ensures the right allure. A spacious and elegant driveway leads to the carport behind the house, beautifully integrated into the overall garden design in collaboration with architect Jürgen Alink from ANV Architecture, who was responsible for the villa's new annex.
Behind the house lies completely hidden and with optimal privacy a beautiful garden with a large natural pond and a forest. Around the house, the garden architect has created a stylish lodge as an annex with various terraces around it. The cultivated layout around the house has all the luxury, such as a built-in jacuzzi, and blends seamlessly into a natural setting near the forest pond.
Vast expanses of views from the house onto the forest give the right depth to the garden. The view from the new lodge with its outdoor kitchen and mancave is also a sight to behold. Despite this plot being in the middle of a residential area, complete privacy is still guaranteed. A spacious deck above the forest pond and a rugged sunken seating area hidden in the garden create a cosy atmosphere. Lighting a fire in the fire pit, strolling around the pond, fishing or swimming in your own garden and even enjoying ice skating on the private pond last winter – what a unique place!
The jacuzzi built into the decking offers a nice view of the pond and the forest behind. The flower and picking garden in the sunny part of the garden provide a varied floral display throughout the growing season. Lush flowering perennials and ornamental grasses alternate, creating an appropriate green backdrop for the garden. The garden lighting by Royal Botania adds extra allure to the garden and complements perfectly the ambiance the garden architect wanted to ensure.
